Day With the TOC
I saw the TOC getting very frustrated from being disrespected and not being listened to when he gave out instructions. I did not really help the teacher, but I did try to get some kids to just cool down and help give ideas for what to do and help set up, but was hoping he could just take control. I think my class saw the same thing and some may have thought it was funny to see what was to the TOC and maybe even join in on it. Surjan could agree that he saw the same thing, the teacher getting picked on by some of the students and just getting ripped apart by some students The TOC saw just a bunch of kids just disrespecting and not caring what he said which frustrated him. To him it did not seem like he was wanted in the class. When Neuf is here he sees all of our crap but we listen to him. most of the time and do what we are suppose to and to the best we can. To be honest I really did not do much for the teacher to help him out and make things easier, I just watched and hope he would be able to get it under control by himself. I did not really help out because I am scared to raise my voice because I do not want them to think I am a loser for going against what they want to do.

PE mid point self reflection and mark
The success I have brought to this class in the first half of the semester is that I have shown up to every class with a PE strip and ready to go for anything and there on time. I have made it every class I am able to, but I have not been able to for every class because of hockey. I try my best every time I come to PE and work as hard as I can, but sometimes I dont put out as much as I can if I have hockey that day. It sucks not to give everything, but I need to save the energy. Whenever I come to class I am excited for anything we are doing that day. I try to get the other guys into it even if they are not really excited for it and make it more exciting. I lead when we have choice some days. When we are playing hockey, I always help set up for it and get it orginized so we can have a longer time to play. I have set the goal of really raising my fitness this year to by the end f the course I want to be able to run 14-15 on the beep test. I plan on getting there by working hard during fitness everytime. I think I deserve a 90% in this class because I come to class and give it my best and try to motivate people. I would like to be in the high 90, I can get there if I become a better leader and try more at it.

Juicing It
I think athletes should never be taking steriods in any sports. It gives the athletes an unfair advantage over the other athletes when they work so hard for it when they did not have to work as hard. If athletes were allowed to take steriods it would take sports to another level. It just doe not make it fair how much a person can change their game from really little.

A...no...A++
I think this semester I have made the best effort I can to show up to PE class ready, but with the new 5 period schedule it has been hard to make every class because of other activities and its been a very busy first 6 months so I have missed a few classes. I always have a PE strip and ready for any activity that may be set for the day, there is no easy day I try my best to participate as much as I can and give a lot of effort. I may have a day once in awhile where I might just be totally worn out and don't put as much effort in, but very few times that will occur. I respect the different levels of athletic ability in our class and give everyone a fair try at anything we do. I think my area of weakness is motivating other students. I think I give up to easy when they do not really listen to what I say and try to get them involved, but I hope to change that this year. I think strength is putting in effort at anything we do and getting people around me participating to the have fun at the same time. My goal for the rest of the semester is to definitely improve on my fitness. Coming back from a long summer my fitness has really gone down, but I hope to full it back up again with the fitness days.
Excuses
We all make excuses about not to participate when you could push yourself and still do well. I think the biggest reason why we make excuses is because we are lazy, if you do not feel like doing something and you have an obstacle in the way you will use it to your advantage. We need to think the other way and not think that we have PE just because its a course, we have PE to keep us healthy and fit.

Week 4
This week we did a AB partner exercise with different types of exercises every minute. During this exercise I think I worked as hard as I could and really pushed myself. By the end I was exhausted and really gave it everything I had. I really kept self motivated and push it right to the end of the session and I did. I was not here to participate on the day Mr. Ranu was in because I was on a field trip to playland for physics.

The Grind
Yesterday we went up to Grouse Mountain to do the grouse grind. I decided to stick by Mr. Vaughan and make it up with him. My goal was to make it under a minutes and I made it in 49 minutes whihch I am proud of, but I think I can do better. By the half way mark my legs were burning and I was just dragging them at that point but I had to mnake it to the top. It was an amazing feeling when I made it to the finish and I am definietly going to go back there soon to do it again
2nd Week, September 10
First week of getting pe started up we did some fitness actives like the pound run. Come back from summer I did not perfrom as great as I could and I hope to get back into shape over the semester. I also had a really sharp cramp while doing this which forced me to stop and wake for a bit. I did not get to participate in the community run, but I hope to be in it next time and make it through it in somewhere around 13 minutes.
First Week
I joined pe 11 because I like to stay active and it is a good way to excersise and stay in shape. For the first week we were doing baseline testing for the beep test and I scored an 11 on it. I think I could have done better, but it was too hot and I fried fast. My goal by the end of this semester is to score somewhere in between 14 to 15.
